FICS
FICS stands for Field Information Collection System, an inspection and predictive maintenance system.
Hierarchical structure and automatic scheduling
Thanks to the hierarchical structure of the areas to be monitored and the intelligent scheduler of the FICS system, the system automatically plans the activities to be performed every day and allows its monitoring.
Multi-technology
Through the use of tags of different technologies (NFC, RFID, ATEX, ...) the system certifies the presence of the maintenance technician on site and uniquely associates the maintenance activities to the machine under review.

Thanks to its versatility the FICS-ID system & egrave; has been successfully used on all types of plants to be monitored: power plants, solar, wind, refineries, hydraulic systems. Dynamic-ID cyclically develops new features and data export interfaces, connectors with ERP software such as Microsoft Dynamics365, SAP, Q4, and many others.

FICS-ID is a highly scalable cloud application. The web application can be used in different countries, with different time zones and the mobile terminals are synchronized with their own time zone target facility. It has numerous analysis functions and predictive maintenance assistance, among which the following are highlighted:
KKS Monitoring
Parametric analysis of the monitored machines with the possibility of comparing the service status of multiple machines.
ENTITY HIERARCHY
Hierarchical subdivision of the plant / plant. From work units, to work groups, to zones, to monitoring by RFID chip of individual machines.
TIMED REPORTING
Export in PDF format of variable reports on time intervals selectable by the user.
COMPLETE CONTROL
Machine status control with variable parameters: OK / KO status, level monitoring of sensitive values (min, max, average, temperature, humidity), interfacing with sensors installed on board, data export in Excel and PDF format.
Statistics ~ KPI
The data collection carried out during maintenance interventions constantly feeds the database and builds a knowledge workspace day after day that can be consulted through numerous statistical analysis tools: KPI, Graphs of numerous types (histograms, spider charts, coparatives ...), automatic reporting and much more.

FICS-ID mobile is an application born in the Windows CE environment, immediately integrated with RFID technology. Over time it has evolved to the Android system and is now available on a rich catalog of terminals specialized for tasks in places with high / low temperatures, ATEX zones (explosion and fire risk), at all levels of IP protection. Among the mobile functions:
HOME Screen customizable
Customizable home screen according to the customer's needs, with secure user privileges mechanisms, encrypted data, multilingual translation.
CLOUD CREDENTIALS
Credential management from cloud system with the possibility of enabling / disabling in real time, personnel monitoring, certification of the presence of the operator on the plant.
DEVICE IDENTIFICATION
All mobile devices are identified and uniquely associated with operators. Possibility to set limits / block of use, analysis of operations performed, remote software update.
RFID / SENSOR TAGS
Through the use of RFID TAG the presence of the operator on the machine is certified, possibility of sensors on board the tags from which automatic detection of relevant physical measurements such as: humidity, temperature, pressure and much more.
